Studying on of our courses you will learn how to, research develop, write, produce, direct, shoot, edit and promote your own creative portfolio of short films. You will also develop professional craft skills in areas such as camera operation, sound recording, art direction, editing, sound design and post-production.

Field trips will play a key role in enriching your academic and practical studies. You will visit art galleries, attend film screenings and leading film festivals both in the UK and abroad, visit some of the UK’s leading production facilities and attend residential trips to shoot films on location.
Through our ERASMUS exchange scheme you have an opportunity to study part of your course at one of our partner Universities in Europe.
You will have access to industry leading film production equipment and spend the majority of your time working in our professional film production studio and post-production facilities.
